- Online orders can be placed via PayPal, while phone orders can be placed using Visa or MasterCard. Orders placed by U.S. residents will be in U.S. funds, while orders placed by Canadian residents will be in Canadian funds and will be subject to 5% GST.
- Shipments are sent through UPS and Purolator ground courier. Air shipping is available although cost will vary accordingly.
- Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

- For special shipping requests or for a shipping quote, please contact our sales team.
- Shipping cost may vary depending on delivery location and package size. When ordering a OneLiner online in addition to accessory products, additional shipping fees will be credited once the sale has been processed.
- Customers living outside of Canada and the continental United States will be contacted with the applicable shipping charges.
- Approximate shipping time is 8-14 business days for Standard OneLiners. Custom OneLiners may take between 3 and 4 weeks to arrive once an order is placed. Please note that these estimates are approximate and that once a package has been shipped delivery may be subject to delays due to Customs inspection, adverse weather, brokerage delays, geopolitical events, or any other factors beyond the control of Dix Systems Inc. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that your package arrives in a timely manner but are unable to guarantee delivery dates.
- We will send a tracking number to you via email once your order has been shipped.
RETURN POLICY:
Here at Dix Systems, we strive to provide only the best products on the market. If a product does not meet your needs, please contact us to authorize the return of the merchandise. Our return policies are as follows:
- Defective or damaged merchandise
may be returned for a full refund or new product will be shipped out ASAP. This
offer is good within 10 days of receipt.
- If you are unsatisfied with
a product, we offer a 30 day return policy.
- The merchandise
must be in original packaging and show no sign of use for us to refund
the purchase.
- Dix Systems Inc. is not responsible for the return freight. A 20%
restocking fee will be applied.
- We can not accept any returns or exchanges on Custom OneLiners. If your order is a Custom OneLiner, this will be indicated on your invoice.
